These stylish cutting boards are made from Koa wood grown on the Big Island of Hawaii. The master craftsmen at Martin & MacArthur create Koa serving and cutting boards with exclusive designs that reflect the kama’aina lifestyle — classic long board, canoe paddle, beloved honu, etc.
Our Koa serving boards are ideal platters for serving pupus including cheese, sushi and sashimi. We only use Koa wood from previously fallen trees. We never cut down any trees. In fact, we are a leader in Koa reforestation in Hawaii.
