We like to think of the Tomahawk Ribeye as the King of All Steaks. The Bison Tomahawk Chop is also known as an Axe-Handle Ribeye, and is the largest fabrication of a ribeye steak. It has a large rib bone connected to a delicious, marbled steak.
Our All-Natural, Pasture Raised Bison Tomahawks are full of protein and essential micronutrients while being lower in fat and cholesterol than traditional beef. The flavor is mineral-rich with a sweet finish. Each steak is approximately 26-28 oz each, so it’s large enough to share, although you may not want to – It will certainly be the star of the grill!
