“Danish Law in a European Perspective” gives a survey of Danish law, including tax law, contract law, employment law, etc. Furthermore, it discusses issues of Danish law, which are of particular interest seen from a European perspective. Also a chapter concerning Greenland, complete with new practice and judicial decisions from this area, has been included in the book.
A wide circle of professors, judges of the Supreme Court, lawyers and other legal specialists have contributed to the book, which has been edited by Judges of the Supreme Court, Mr. Børge Dahl and Mr. Torben Melchior and Prof. Dr. Jur. et Phil., Mr. Ditlev Tamm.
