Spoiler alert: Pork Boston Butt does not come from anywhere near the butt of the pig. The Boston Butt is actually from the upper shoulder of the pig, a hard-working muscle that develops rich marbling and deep flavor.

Our Berkshire Pork comes from heritage breed pigs raised with care and attention. This hard-working shoulder muscle develops marbling and flavor you won’t find in conventional pork. Braise low and slow, smoke for hours, or roast until tender to achieve pulled pork perfection.

Each Boston Butt weighs approximately 8-10 lbs and arrives frozen.
